Yes, Monster Plowing Company holds a Contractors General Liability (CGL) policy of $5,000,000. We can also add your property as "additionally insured" to our policy. All of our employees are covered by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB). We do not subcontract or reassign jobs to others. We accept payment by Interac e-mail money transfer, cheques (including post-dated cheques), and most third-party commercial payment processors. Monster can also be added as a payee in most major banks' bill payment features. HST will be charged on all contract purchases. Yes, we do everything in our power to get properties cleared overnight and ready for the next business day. Exact visit timing depends on snowfall start time, accumulation speed, and your selected Service Package. We always perform service within the guaranteed completion time noted in your contract and aim to have all clients cleared by the early morning hours after an overnight snowfall. Daytime snowfalls require multiple visits to ensure consistent accessibility.
Completion time upgrades are available on a case-by-case basis if negotiated prior to finalizing your service contract.
